Ordered a takeaway from Widnes on Friday evening whilst staying uat our son’s. Ordered jerk steak and chicken strips and a grilled jerk beef stacker burger with extra cheese, both with island fries. Did not disappoint! Delivered quicker than estimated (which was great because we were hungry). Food was spiced and cook to perfection. Despite being hungry and having a good appetite the portion provided was really filling. Will definitely be ordering again.

We have had a takeaway from here which was lovely. We ate here for the first time last night. We waited for our food for around half an hour but it was peak time on a Saturday evening. The food was well worth the wait. It was all freshly cooked great flavours and really reasonably priced. It was really busy in there which is always a good sign. We had kids with us and there was something for all of them as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thanks for having us

I came to Pixis on a PR invite back in November and was very happily surprised by the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, all deliciously seasoned with meats perfectly cooked. The flavours were absolutely popping and the portions were very generous. The only downside was that it could have been a tiny bit hotter temperature wise, but this luckily didn’t take away from the experience. Amazing value for money and really delicious - massive thank you to the friendly and attentive team x

I have been anticipating this one for a while . The service was excellent , the young lady at the counter was very helpful and polite . The reggae theme along the walls , accompanied by soothing reggae music made for a great atmosphere. The meat was very tender , tasteful and the flavours were deep . The gravy was excellent , as suggested by the staff . The rice was very soft and it was an all round great experience . Would recommend to anyone wanting to try Caribbean food in the area .

Have ordered from pixies and the deliver has been within good time and the food has been excellent!! Can’t fault it - played absolutely cleaned! The jerk sauce is next level! Have also collected orders from the restaurant we’ve yet to sit in but when I have collected from here the staff have always been lovely and it’s got a nice little vibe in it, looking forward to sitting in for a meal sometime soon! The best takeaway in Widnes - it’s fresh good food and something different compared to your usual pizza places - Caribbean food is just lush

The food is absolutley gorgeous. It's become a firm favourite for us! Feels so much healthier than other takeaway food. Can sometimes take much longer than time suggests but well worth the wait. The meat is cooked beautifully and it's so tasty.

I tried the curried Goat. It was the first time I had eaten Goat. It was delicious. It tasted like it was home made. It had a real slow cooked vibe to the dish. The service was excellent and the staff where friendly and helpful.

Ordered lamb chops with mac and cheese as a side, picture doesn’t do it justice. Smells amazing, lamb cooked to perfection. One of the more reasonably priced Caribbean places I’ve been too, I travel a lot and this place has a good balance of quality to cost
